Shipping Policy

Made to order. Every piece is made to order by our family workshop. Please allow 1–3 business days for us to create your order before it ships. If your order needs design approval, that time starts once you approve your proof.

Shipping. We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Canadian orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking information.

Christmas orders. To receive your order before Christmas, please order by December 10.

Lost or damaged packages. If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with a photo and we’ll make it right. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can’t find it, contact us and we’ll help you work with the carrier.
